helps keep people safe every day as well as in an emergency through their disaster services, preparedness, blood services, health and safety services, international services, volunteer services, youth services, and nursing. Elizabeth Layton Center – a community health center providing affordable and easily accessible mental health services and programs. Outpatient services for children and adolescents include individual, family, and group treatment, including alcohol and drug services. These services include the evaluation of mental health problems and follow-up treatment services if indicated. Both group and individual psycho-educational treatment is available.
